Growing up, Eryn watched her grandparents build businesses with passion, grit, and determination. They weren’t just working for themselves—they were creating something meaningful for their communities. That legacy is at the core of why we do what we do.
We’re passionate about showing entrepreneurs that marketing doesn’t have to be overwhelming or impersonal. Instead, it can be an extension of their values, their vision, and the connection they have with their customers.

Eryn Gilson, Founder & CEO
I’m the founder and CEO of Wildbloom Creative, but at the heart of it, I’m just someone who loves seeing small businesses thrive. Growing up, I was surrounded by the best examples of entrepreneurship—my grandparents on both sides were self-made business owners, and watching them build something from the ground up made a lasting impression on me. It’s in my blood, and I feel so grateful that I get to use my passion to help other dreamers bring their visions to life.
When I started Wildbloom, I wanted it to be more than just a marketing agency. The name came from my love of wildflowers—their resilience, their ability to bring beauty and life to their surroundings, and the way they thrive even when conditions aren’t perfect. To me, that’s exactly what small business owners do. They inspire, create, and bring so much warmth to their communities, and it’s a privilege to play even a small part in their success.
In addition to leading Wildbloom, I’m also a certified Davidji Masters of Wisdom and Meditation teacher. I try to bring mindfulness into the work we do every day—whether it’s helping my team approach challenges with clarity or creating space for creative ideas to flow. I believe intention makes all the difference, and I’ve seen how this mindset helps us deliver not just great work, but meaningful results for our clients.
I’m also a mom to four incredible kids who inspire me daily with their confidence and vision. They’re already planning their own small business empires, and I’m in awe of the ideas they come up with. My husband, Riley, and I live in Central Ohio, where we’re active in our community and spend as much time as possible outdoors. Hiking, traveling, and exploring nature together is what keeps me grounded and recharged.
Helping small businesses grow is what I love to do, and I’m constantly in awe of the creativity, resilience, and grit our clients bring to the table. I’m here to support their journey every step of the way, and I can’t wait to see what’s next for all of us.
