I’m a marketing strategist, a certified meditation teacher, and a founder who understands how personal this work can be. I’ve spent years helping small business owners grow their brands, and I’ve also spent years studying how clarity, focus, and intention shape the way we work and lead.
Those two worlds aren’t separate to me. Strategy and mindfulness belong together.
