We take the strategy seriously. The content? That gets to be fun.

Content Architecture™ is how we do social media strategy and management at Wildbloom.

Every 90 days, we step back and look at the business first. What are you growing? What are you excited about? What do your people need to understand? What stories are ready to be told? What ideas could use a little more room?

Then we build from there.

Content Architecture

Your good ideas have a lot more places to go.

There’s already so much to work with inside your business. The questions your customers ask. The stories behind what you do. The things you know inside and out. The offers you’re excited about. The idea sitting in your notes app that you keep coming back to because you know there’s something there. This is where we start connecting the dots.

One good thought turns into five more. We make the reels, write the captions, build the graphics, pull out the stories, and find new ways for the things you already know and care about to reach the people who need to hear them.

The result is content that feels creative, connected, and unmistakably yours, with a strategy underneath it that supports where the business is headed.

How does Content Architecture work?

The short version? You give us the context, we get together and map out where the business is going, then we take it from there and build the next 90 days.

Want the longer version before you jump in?
I’m always happy to talk it through, hear a little about your business, and make sure Content Architecture feels like the right fit.

Your 90 days start when your content does.

Your Content Architecture project begins as soon as you book, but your 90-day* publishing window starts once your content is built, approved, and ready to go.

The first part of our work is strategy. We’re gathering the context, looking at what’s coming up in the business, getting into your ideas, and figuring out what your content actually needs to do before we start building it.

*90 days does not mean 90 posts. We’re considering the full 90 days of your business when we build the strategy. Most Content Architecture projects include around three thoughtfully planned posts per week, or approximately 36 core pieces of content across the quarter.

We’ve had a lot of time to figure out how we like to do this.

We’ve been creating content and managing social media for small businesses for nearly a decade. We’ve planned month to month, launched campaigns, tested ideas, changed directions, watched businesses grow, and learned a whole lot along the way.

And one thing has become really clear:

The content gets better when we give ourselves enough room to see the bigger picture.

Ninety days gives us that room. It’s enough time to connect what you’re selling, what’s happening in the business, the stories you want to tell, and the ideas we’re excited to try. And it’s still close enough that we can pay attention to what we’re learning and let the next season grow from there.

Content Architecture™ is what nearly a decade of doing this work has taught us: good strategy creates the structure, good ideas give us somewhere exciting to go, and the best content happens when we make room for both.

Let’s give those good ideas somewhere to go.
